What if something breaks or isn’t working?
Please contact our office straight away so we can arrange repairs as quickly as possible.
Who do I call in case of an emergency?
Dial 000 for police, fire, or ambulance. For urgent property matters, call the after-hours number listed in your Welcome Folder.
Where do I put my rubbish and recycling?
Each property has bins provided for rubbish and recycling. Please check the notice in your Welcome Folder or at the property for local collection days.
Can I have extra guests at the property?
Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Please check your booking for maximum occupancy.
Can I host a party or loud gathering?
No, sorry! All Lifestyle Holidays properties have a strict no-party policy to ensure comfort for neighbours and future guests.
What time is check-out?
Please refer to your booking correspondence or key pack for check-out details.
Do I need to clean before leaving?
Please wash any dishes, remove rubbish, and leave the property tidy. Our cleaners will take care of the rest.
Where do I return the keys?
Keys should either be returned to your nearest Lifestyle office or placed back in the lockbox provided at the property.
